I Really loved this book and would love to know more about Matt and his daughter and how they are doing as she gets older! I couldn't put this book down so much so that I read it really fast!

What a great book. But what a sad one as well. If you get this one out, be aware it's a true story, written by a man whose wife died very shortly after giving birth to their daughter (not a spoiler, this is on the jacket blurb). It's very touching. His web page is excellent as well.

This book is so moving, so emotional, but also, positive and inspiring. Although I can't even imagine to know what it would feel like to go through the sort of pain he did, the poignancy of his writing provides a window into that suffering. It makes us feel sympathy, but more importantly, empathy. It made me feel triumph and joy for the thriving of his daughter, and for all the good that came out of the most devastating of situations.
