Jimmy Grasshopper is mad! The ants who worked to the rhythm of his music all summer have turned their backs on him now that the days are getting colder. The artists and musicians who make life less dull deserve R-E-S-P-E-C-T, says Jimmy, so he takes his case to court. Members of the jury are all shapes and sizes of critters, from gnat to beaver. The case is brought forward, the witnesses are called, and Judge Oscar Owl is on the bench. Great twist on the familiar Aesop's fable, marvelous illustrations.
